American Visionary Art Museum
What's the American Visionary Art Museum?
Innovative! Unconventional! Extraordinary!...Just a few things that come to mind when thinking about the American Visionary Art Museum. Located in downtown Baltimore along Federal Hill Park, this museum is ONE of a Kind. It has everything from a tree made out of glass to a boat constructed from toothpicks and glue ONLY. College students in the Baltimore area can definitely appreciate the youthful creativity this place offers. Most of the works displayed are created by self-taught artists. Founder and director, Rebecca Alban Hoffberger is the visionary behind it all with a team of people dedicated to serving the artistically driven and public eye. Check it out for yourself.
